Chuka:People’s Party of Kenya (PPK) leader and Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has outlined his party’s main agenda, focusing on education, agriculture, manufacturing, and tourism, as key priorities. He made these promises during a media engagement in Chuka, Tharaka-Nithi County, as part of his campaign vision if elected in 2028.
According to Kenya News Agency, Nyoro highlighted the growing support for PPK in Tharaka-Nithi and Meru County, noting that several aspirants are seeking positions under the party’s ticket. He emphasized affordable education, showcasing initiatives in his Kiharu Constituency as proof of the feasibility of such plans.

The PPK agenda also includes economic development, with a focus on manufacturing, hospitality, and tourism. Nyoro aims to increase annual tourist arrivals to Kenya to 10 million, seeing this as a pathway to job creation.
In agriculture, the party intends to bolster the sector’s strength, acknowledging its central role in Kenya’s economy. Nyoro envisions improvements in farming practices and productivity to enhance farmers’ livelihoods.
Nyoro stated that PPK is working to establish itself as a regional party with support extending beyond traditional areas, as it builds structures and mobilizes members across the country. He concluded by asserting that these plans would be realized if PPK is given the mandate to lead Kenya in 2028.
