Three Fatalities in Narok Road Accident

Narok: Three people died on the spot while three others are fighting for their life in hospital after the vehicle they were traveling in burst its left rear tyre at Kishermoruak area along the Nkoilale – Sekenani road yesterday. Confirming the incident, Narok County Police Commander Riko Ngare said the Toyota Voxy vehicle was transporting an unknown number of people towards the Sekenani when the accident occurred.

According to Kenya News Agency, the vehicle burst its left rear tyre, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. It rolled severally before landing into a ditch. As a result of the accident, three passengers died on the spot while other occupants were taken to Narok County Referral Hospital where they are receiving treatment.

The bodies were taken to Narok County Referral Hospital awaiting autopsy and identification, while the ill-fated vehicle was towed to Olololunga police station yard for inspection.
