Dori: 433 new high school graduates from the Liptako region began their mandatory patriotic immersion program in Dori this Wednesday, in a spirit of discipline and civic fervor. The initiative aims to strengthen the values of patriotism and national cohesion among young graduates.
According to Burkina Information Agency, early in the morning, the young participants converged on the Liptako Regional Directorate of Secondary Education and Vocational Training. Welcomed in a friendly atmosphere, they were registered before their departure to the immersion site.
Each graduate came with a kit containing the necessary items for the smooth running of their stay. Authorities stressed the importance of discipline and commitment during this period.
Many parents, friends, and acquaintances accompanied the new graduates, offering them encouragement and advice. This mobilization demonstrates the interest and pride this initiative inspires within families and the community.
The official launch took place in the presence of the Presidential Envoy, representing the Technical Coordinator of the Presidential Initiative for Quality Education, representatives of the military command, and the teaching staff. All urged the young people to make the most of this experience.
