Hola: A Hola court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment for defiling a three-year-old girl. Appearing before the Hola Senior Principal Magistrate Edward Too, the accused person was charged that, on April 21, 2024, at about 2 pm in Hola Mission Village in Tana River County, the accused, Dea Joshua Majiba, defiled a girl aged 3 years.
According to Kenya News Agency, the accused was charged with Defilement Contrary to Section 8(1) as read with Section 8(2) of the Sexual Offences Act No.3 2006. The Magistrate ruled the offence as serious and sentenced the accused to life imprisonment.
