According to Kenya News Agency, ICT Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo emphasized the importance of collaboration between national and county governments to achieve seamless internet connectivity. Speaking at the Second Intergovernmental Consultative ICT Sector Forum in Naivasha, Kabogo highlighted the need for unified telecommunications policies and the management of public infrastructure by counties.
