Vihiga: Former Kenya Secondary School Heads Association chairman Kahi Indimuli has announced his intention to run for governor of Vihiga County in the 2027 elections. Indimuli highlighted his extensive experience in the education sector during his announcement.
According to Kenya News Agency, Indimuli has 38 years of service in the education sector, which he believes equips him with the necessary skills to lead Vihiga County effectively. Speaking at Mbale Municipal Grounds during a homecoming ceremony, he emphasized his tenure in various leadership positions as a testament to his capability to govern.
In his speech, Indimuli stressed that his nearly four decades in education would allow him to steer the county towards development. His announcement was met with support from local leaders and residents at the event, who praised his leadership and pledged their backing for the 2027 General Election.
