Amman:The Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Bureaus at the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development has announced the names of students shortlisted for foreign scholarships for the 2026-2027 academic year. This announcement marks the first nomination round, with names available on the directorate’s website. Text messages have also been sent to the shortlisted students via the phone numbers they provided during their application process.
According to Jordan News Agency, shortlisted candidates have a 12-hour window to decide electronically whether to accept or decline the scholarship offer through the designated online platform. Those who choose to accept must complete the necessary documentation within 48 hours by visiting the ministry’s Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Bureaus – Department of Students Abroad and Cultural Agreements. Failing to meet this deadline will result in forfeiting their nomination.
