The Togolese Prime Minister, Victoire Tomegah Dogbé arrived in Addis Abeba to attend the 37th African Union Summit.
Up on his arrival at Bole International Airport, the Prime Minister was warmly welcomed by Binalf Andualem, Minister of Peace.
