Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is in Sidama Region to visit development initiatives in the region.
The premier posted on social media that “Today, we reviewed the productivity of the Bounty of the Basket initiative in Hawassa and took part in planting our Green Legacy ahead of the upcoming National Planting Day.”
He extended gratitude to the Sidama Region for its continued warm welcome.
Recall that the ‘Bounty of the Basket’ is a national agricultural development program being implemented across the country to improve dairy, poultry, egg, honey, fish and meat production.
