Addis Ababa: Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and his delegation arrived in Nairobi, Kenya to participate in the International Development Association (IDA) 21 Replenishment Summit.

The Summit seeks to emphasize to IDA donors and other partners the crucial priority areas for development financing in Africa, urging donors to strongly consider increasing funding for the IDA21 cycle, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.

This support is essential to address Africa’s development challenges and opportunities, as well as those faced by IDA countries in other regions, it was learned.
