According to Kenya News Agency, Airtel Money users can now subscribe to Showmax, renew, or activate their accounts directly from their wallets, providing an instant and convenient payment option. Airtel Money Kenya Managing Director, Anne Kinuthia-Otieno, emphasized that the partnership ensures a smooth and reliable payment experience, allowing customers to stay connected and entertained. She stated that the collaboration reinforces Airtel Money’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences through high-impact innovations and expanding their digital partnership ecosystem.
Nzola Miranda, Managing Director of MultiChoice Kenya, expressed that integrating Showmax with Airtel Money simplifies the payment process and enables seamless access to a wide range of local and international content. The partnership aims to remove payment barriers, providing millions of Kenyans with easier access to world-class entertainment during the festive season.
Showmax subscribers using Airtel Money can now pay for packages such as Showmax Entertainment, Showmax Entertainment Mobile, and Showmax Premier League Mobile directly through their wallets. The process involves visiting the Showmax website, selecting a subscription plan, and choosing Airtel Money as the payment option.
