Venture Into Untapped Film Making, Mucheru

ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs CS Joe Mucheru officiates a graduation ceremony by the Kenya Film School at Leisure Lodge Resort in Kwale County on the sidelines of the annual Connected Kenya Summit on Tuesday April 12, 2022.
Mucheru encouraged the film graduates to venture out into movie making and tap into the huge untapped film making potential of the country and the East African region at large.
He said film making, if well-developed, can contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.
Mucheru urged the graduands to tell real stories that can contribute positively to the country’s growth, instead of engaging in sensational movies that dwell on trivialities.
