University of Kabianga paid a courtesy call today 31st August, 2022 to the new Governor of Kericho; Dr. Erick Mutai. Led by the Vice-Chancellor Professor Wilson Kipngeno, the university team and the Governor had cordial and fruitful discussions on fostering development in Kericho County. Topping the discussion was the issue of enhancing research in various fields that could provide solutions to people’s problems.
“I expect the university to take a leading role in carrying out research that will take Kericho a notch higher than it is now, ” said Dr. Mutai. On his part, Prof. Kipngeno said, “the university is ready and upto the task of finding solutions through geared research for posterity to Kericho County and beyond”.
