Somalia, Kenya presidents agrees to foster bilateral ties

Somalia’s president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud met with his Kenya counterpart William Samoei Arap Ruto at State House in the capital city Nairobi.
During talks, both sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and the implementation of the Joint Commission for Cooperation.
Villa Somalia said: “The two leaders held discussions on various bilateral issues of mutual benefit, including trade and security cooperation between our two neighborly nations”.
On his part, Ruto tweeted: “Held discussions with Somalia President Hassan Sheekh Mohamud that also included the security situation in Somalia and the Horn of Africa”.
