Former Government Spokesman Lt. Col. (rtd) Cyrus Oguna handed over the docket today at his former Telposta office to Hon. Isaac Mwaura, who was appointed to the new docket a fortnight ago. Mwaura was accompanied by his two deputies, Mwanaisha Chidzuga and Gabriel Muthuma.
