Nairobi: As Kenya steps up to join the global wellness revolution, the Limitless Clinic by Entim Sidai will open its doors for the first time in East Africa, introducing science-backed longevity care that rivals what has long been centered in South Africa and other international markets. The Clinic is set to be a collaboration between Dr. Elie Abirached, founder of Limitless Human, and Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary, Nairobi’s premier nature-based health retreat. It will launch its first in-clinic private consultation sessions from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the Wellness Sanctuary based in Karen.

According to Kenya News Agency, a free public longevity workshop will also be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025. Dr. Abirached will address how to measure biological age, manage stress, improve sleep, and adopt habits that extend the health span. The clinic is poised to combine medical innovation with Kenya’s lush forest environment to offer a science-backed approach to living longer, stronger, and healthier.

Even as Africa’s wellness tourism market soars past USD 89 billion, Kenya steps into the spotlight with a clinic combining science, nature, and regenerative medicine at a regional scale. Until now, few East African countries have had clinics offering comprehensive longevity medicine, measurement, diagnostics, anti-aging technology, forest-based recovery, and personalized medicine in one place.

With wellness tourism no longer being considered niche but a multi-trillion-dollar global industry, Kenya is seen as a new player entering the big league. The global wellness economy exceeded USD 6.3 trillion in 2023, with wellness tourism valued at nearly USD 830 billion. Across Africa, the wellness tourism sector was estimated at approximately USD 89.56 billion in 2023, with projections rising to USD 114.24 billion by 2029.

In South Africa alone, wellness tourism was valued at around USD 4.0 billion in 2022, with forecasts to reach USD 8.8 billion by 2030, growing at a compound rate of 10.5 percent annually. ‘Africa has always been the cradle of humanity, now we reclaim leading innovation in longevity medicine here,’ stated Dr. Abirached, the lead clinician at the new clinic, in a press statement.

Similarly, Kenya’s travel and tourism sector is forecasted to contribute Sh 1.2 trillion this year, nudging over 7 percent of national GDP, signaling both recovery and growth. More Kenyan hotels and safari lodges are adding wellness components to their offerings like spa, yoga, and forest walks. Travelers are seeking not only a safari but wellness, recovery, and rejuvenation.

It is against this backdrop that the clinic will be established in Nairobi, offering robust longevity services including biological age testing, recovery therapies, sleep optimization, and stress diagnostics among others. Dr. Jacqueline Manu, the Managing Director (MD) at the Clinic, noted that with health challenges like chronic diseases, mental health concerns, and demands for quality of life growing both locally and globally, the desire to live longer and better is now one of the most profound shifts in healthcare. ‘At Entim Sidai, wellness is not a trend, but a way of life,’ she asserted.

In this regard, Kenya’s entry into the longevity wellness space matters for several reasons, including diversifying the wellness tourism map in Africa. It shows innovation is not limited to South Africa and offers Kenyan and regional clientele access to advanced wellness medicine domestically, avoiding the need to travel abroad. Additionally, as global trends prioritize preventive care, longevity, and healthy aging, Kenya is positioning itself as a destination that caters not just to safari seekers, but to health seekers.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abirached is a Longevity and Regenerative Medicine specialist trained in Europe and the Middle East, known for his work with CEOs, athletes, and wellness pioneers seeking to optimize performance, prevent disease, and slow biological aging. His involvement is pivotal in bringing Kenya’s wellness industry to global standards, fusing advanced diagnostics and medical expertise with Africa’s natural healing environments. Together with Dr. Faith Nafula and Dr. Jacqueline Manu, the clinic’s mission is simple yet bold: to extend not just lifespan, but health span.
