Kajiado Law Enforcement Officers Benefit From New Offices

Administrative and law enforcement officers in Kajiado North Sub-county will soon benefit from the ongoing Sh. 32 million construction of new offices aimed at acceleration their service to the community.
The money allocated towards construction of chief’s offices and police stations in Kajiado North Sub-county is from the National Government Constituency development fund (NG-CDF).
According to the Kajiado North Constituency Member of Parliament (MP), Joseph Manje, the construction of the administrative and law enforcement offices, will improve the security sector in the Constituency.
“We have allocated cheques to complete the construction of chief’s offices and police within the Constituency. We are equipping offices for administrative chiefs with furniture and computers. To improve security, we have built state- of- the- art police stations in areas which experienced insecurity,” said Manje.
The Kajiado North Deputy County Commissioner, Patrick Mwangi, has lauded the construction of chief’s offices and police stations in the Constituency, through the NG-CDF for its role in boosting the development of the Constituency.
“The National Government Constituency Development Fund in Kajiado North Constituency has helped in improving the welfare and services of administrative chiefs through the construction and equipping of chief’s offices with computers. The construction of police posts and police stations, has also helped to improve the security in the Constituency,” said Mwangi.
The construction of chief’s offices and police stations in Kajiado North Sub-county through the 2021/2022 Financial Year budget, is expected to be completed by August 2022.
