The Ethiopian delegation, led by Adem Farah, Vice President of Prosperity Party engaged in a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf.
The delegation arrived in Djibouti on Wednesday for an official working visit, according to Ethiopian Embassy in Djibouti.
The delegation exchanged views with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti, Mahmoud Ali Youssef on a variety of critical bilateral and regional matters.
The relationship between Ethiopia and Djibouti is strongly connected with various economic activities and people to people interactions.
Most of Ethiopia’s import and export trade is being carried out through the port of Djibouti.
It is to be recalled that the Ethiopian high level delegation had also paid similar visit to Somalia this week and held a fruitful discussion with the President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud in Mogadishu focusing on bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
